At Friendly Chevrolet, the health and well-being of our customers and staff have always been a top priority. In light of the recent COVID-19/Novel Coronavirus situation, we've implemented comprehensive measures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
For example, we clean and disinfect common touch points such as keyboards, phones, door handles, and guest waiting areas multiple times daily, using guidance from the CDC and WHO. Our porters and technicians have been instructed to use a new pair of gloves for every vehicle that they touch, and vehicles are thoroughly wiped down with disinfectant before being returned to customers. This also applies to vehicles being test driven - they are sanitized before and after. Staff members who do trade appraisals use a new pair of gloves and hand sanitizer for every vehicle, as well.
Our staff have also been instructed to stay at home and not come into work if they exhibit any flu-like symptoms, and we will work with them to seek the appropriate medical care.
Every new and used vehicle that Friendly Chevrolet sells is treated using the PermaSafe process, which not only removes 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, but applies a layer of permanently bonded, EPA-approved protection against microbes. Our service department will pick up your vehicle for FREE, and deliver it back to your home for FREE. (within a 10 mile radius; a small fee will apply for customers between 10-40 mile radius). Almost all of our services are 10% off at this time. We've also rolled out a process that makes it easier to shop for a vehicle from the comfort of your own home. Simply find the right vehicle for you and call/text/chat with us with any questions. We'll reserve that vehicle just for you, walk you through financing, and deliver it to your home.
