The process begins when you file a claim with your insurance company.

After you arrive at Friendly Collision Center, we promptly schedule an appointment with your insurance company to appraise the vehicle. Upon accepting liability for the repairs, work begins.

When disassembling the vehicle, we first look for additional uncovered damage. If this kind of damage is found, a secondary appraisal is required from your insurance company. If no additional damage is found, the necessary parts are ordered immediately.

While most parts are available for delivery within a few days, some parts may take longer. Work begins when all parts arrive so the vehicle may be reassembled properly.

This is the point at which we begin to restore your vehicle. We mount your vehicle on a frame machine and our metal technicians go to work. Also, we will inform you with an updated status of your vehicle.

By priming, sealing, protecting against corrosion, and chemically treating the body panels, we take the utmost care in preparing your vehicle for painting.

Our multi-step painting process involves a preliminary taping, bagging and masking, followed by painting, refinishing and buffing. While this does take time, it is necessary so our paint technicians can ensure your finish looks as close as possible to the original paint job.

The last step. All trim and molding is installed, then we begin any necessary mechanical repairs, including suspension, alignment and air conditioning work.

All repairs are complete. However, we want to make sure your vehicle is clean, inside and out. After washing your vehicle, we inspect your car to ensure that all repairs are up to standard. Your vehicle is now ready to be delivered.
